Tim Hilken is Assistant Professor in Marketing and Supply Chain Management at the School of Business and Economics, Maastricht University, The Netherlands.
His research focuses on the user experience of emerging technologies in consumer and industrial markets. He has published his research in leading academic journals such as the Journal of the Academy of Marketing Science and the Journal of Purchasing and Supply Management. In his capacity as lead experimenter for AR at Maastricht University, he is constantly in touch with current technological developments and conducts regular laboratory and field studies with the latest applications and devices.
